The pre-season draft order is created when the commissioner
first creates the league. When this draft order is created,
a "Pick Position" is randomly assigned to each
team, and then the draft proceeds in a serpentine format.
For example:

Round #1: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Round #2: 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
Round #3: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Round #4: 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
The live draft works like this:
Each owner is logged into their account. When it's their
turn to pick a player, all of the undrafted NFL players will
have the option to be drafted. Once they've made their
selection, the next owner will proceed. Note that when it
is not your turn, it's impossible to draft a player.
TundraBall does not impose any time limits on each owner's
pick. If the commissioner wishes to impose one, they
are given the ability to move the draft position forward
or select a player for that owner.
The number of rounds in the pre-season draft matches the maximum
number of players a team can have on the roster. So, if you are
allowed 15 players on your roster at any one time, then you will
have 15 rounds of pre-season drafting.
